Google Instant is being used in your new Google Searches. If you have noticed as soon as you type something in results are showing! This is google’s way to give you more of the results you want quicker. The moment you type in the first letter you get results. Google pulls up the most popular search for what you have typed in to that point, delivering quicker results, predicting what you might be searching.

The jury is still out to determine if it is truly better, will make it harder for businesses to compete, or won’t make a difference at all. Some users feel like it is great, that is another 20 seconds of my life back. There are still debates on how this will affect getting traffic to your website. Will it help some business who are in the top searches and results to get more exposure? Will it hurt the little guys because people will not type in their full search? Or will life go on and user search behaviors not change at all?
