Do you have to download teams to join a meeting?
You can use a web version of teams, however it will have limited capabilities. If you are joining a meeting, the web-version is sufficient, but to use the full version, you will want to download Teams.
Can I use Teams on my phone?
Yes, you can download Teams from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store for the best Teams phone experience.
Can I make and receive calls with Teams?
You can make and receive calls like any other VoIP phone or phone system. It works just like any soft phone and you can purchase a Microsoft Teams phone as well. They offer a full suite to support your Small Business Phone System.
Can I add apps to my Teams?
End-users can add free or paid apps their Microsoft Teams and start using immediately. Some required third party paid subscriptions or accounts, where others are included in your Microsoft account.
