“Over the past two years I have had the pleasure of working with two of your support personnel, John and Tommy. Both times I needed assistance in getting my e-mails up and running. The first encounter was with Tommy, when I became a client. I had multiple issues with my domain not the least of which was transferring the domain to ISOCNET. The switch was complicated and took several days to get the information necessary and then to make the transition. Tommy led me through the process and had the skills and knowledge to accomplish the transition professionally with minimal assistance from me. They are very proactive about making sure they work around our schedule. They also work well with our staff that isn’t very IT savvy to make whatever transition as comfortable as possible.

They have met all of my expectations with professionalism. They have exceeded; I expected more problems with our transition from such OLD technology to new. They worked through all the bugs and problems before they moved us to the new technology making it seem seamless but I knew that sometimes it was very difficult to make happen.
